Our new catalogue reflects these qualities. It demonstrates how our ongoing research and development programme has further improved and expanded our range of high quality lighting fixtures and associated control gear – for a wider range of applications over a broader cross-section of the market. We have paid particular attention to the evolving needs of the retail sector, where new products are designed to increase the scope for innovative and cost effective lighting schemes without the burden of excessive product choice. 
We shall continue to provide our 10 year product warranty. This underwrites our confidence in the
Company’s products and provides our customers with a sound basis for selecting those products
which will yield the best value over the lifetime of their applications. We shall also ensure
compliance with recent EEC directives on the disposal of waste electrical and electronic products
and the accordance of hazardous substances in such equipment.
IBL’s reputation has been built upon many years of consistent attention to meeting the evolving needs of its customers: by favouring their long term interests over any short term “quick fix”. It is the Company’s intention to retain this philosophy and to continue to serve its many long standing customers in the forty countries where it, or its distributors, currently have a presence.
